Garlic Orange Castelvetrano Olives

2 cups Castelvetrano olives, drained 

1 orange, zested

3 cloves garlic, minced

Olive oil, a generous drizzle 

Stir olives, orange zest, garlic, and olive oil. Serve in a ramekin or small bowl.
