Blueberry Chèvre Wonton Cups

Blueberry jam with goat cheese bake in a wonton cup for a delicious blueberry and chevre-kissed appetizer.

1 14-oz pkg wonton wrappers

10.5 oz goat cheese, softened 

1 cup blueberries 

½ cup blueberry jam + more for garnish 

Berry balsamic vinegar, a drizzle, optional

Preheat oven to 350*. Spray oil a mini muffin tin and place a wonton wrap in the well. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, blueberries, blueberry jam, and berry balsamic vinegar. Fill the wrap with 2 tsp of the cheese mixture; top with an additional dollop of jam and a blueberry. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
