Polish Puff Bites

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Course: Small Bites | Serves:

Delicious bite-sized Polish hot dogs wrapped in puff pastry and dipped in mustard and ketchup.

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

6 Polish hot dogs

1 Tbsp dill relish

1 Tbsp yellow prepared mustard

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Olive oil

Garlic salt

Preheat oven to 400*. Allow puff pastry to thaw on the counter. Spread a generous drizzle of olive oil onto a rimmed baking sheet and set it to one side. Mix relish, prepared mustard, and Dijon in a small bowl. Unroll the thawed pastry and spread the mustard mixture over the puff. Place the hot dog on top and, using a pizza roller, cut a length of pastry to fit the hot dog. Wrap each hot dog in the pastry and roll over the baking sheet to coat with oil. Place the seam down on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic salt and bake 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve on a platter with little dipping bowls of mustard and ketchup.
