2 lbs. chicken wings
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp sesame oil
4 limes, juiced
7 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp ginger, minced
¼ cup honey
2 tsp chili garlic sauce or more per taste
2 green onions, garnish
Sesame seeds, garnish
Salt and pepper the chicken wings and place them in a Ziploc bag. Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, honey, and chili garlic sauce together in a small bowl. Separate half of the sauce into the Ziploc bag as a marinade and place it in the fridge. Marinate for at least half an hour. When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 400°. Spray oil a 9-inch baking dish and place the chicken and marinade in it. Spray oil the top of the chicken and bake for 30 minutes. Reduce the heat to 200° and bake for an additional 30 minutes so that the outside gets crispy. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions as a garnish.
Cook the remaining sauce up, warming either in the microwave or in a saucepan pan and serve on the side for dipping.
