Caprese Picks

Beautiful Caprese sticks, the appetizer that can double as a salad.

5 oz arugula 

8 oz ciliegine mozzarella balls

10 oz cherry tomatoes 

Basil leaves 

Olive oil 

Balsamic glaze 


Lay a bed of arugula on a large platter. Place a basil leaf on top of a cherry tomato and stick the appetizer pick through the center, then through the middle of a mozzarella ball. Place the Caprese pics all around the edge of the platter. Place additional cherry tomatoes in the middle and garnish with some basil leaves. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and balsamic glaze just before serving.
