Lemon Olive Tapenade

A delicious olive caper tapenade spread with a lemony essence. spread over crackers and bread with cheeses or in a deli-style sandwich.

8 oz castelvetrano olives 

12 oz Kalamata olives 

12 oz lemon stuffed olives (I found at Trader Joe’s) 

3 oz capers 

3 cloves garlic 

½ cup olive oil, or more as desired 

Drain the olives and capers and place them in the food processor along with the garlic. Pulse while adding olive oil until you reach the desired small-chunk consistency of tapenade.
