Mozzarella Cheese Bomb Wreath

Mozzarella stuffed cheese bombs made with pizza dough. Dipped with marinara and pesto and decorated with rosemary and other cheeses as desired. Inspired by Chungah at Damn Delicious https://damndelicious.net/2021/11/29/pull-apart-garlic-bread-wreath/ Merry Christmas!!!
Pizza dough, homemade (link below) or store bought
Ciliegine, small mozzarella cheese balls
¼ cup butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ tsp parsley, fresh minced or dried
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Pesto
Marinara
Rosemary sprigs
Assorted cheeses, cold cut meats, etc for charcuterie boards
Preheat oven to 400*. Line a baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper. Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured rolling surface and cut into 1 ½ “ squares with a pizza roller. Place a mozzarella ball inside and pinch dough tightly around the edges, placing seam down on the baking tray.
Mix the butter, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley together. Brush over rolls and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush again with the leftover butter mixture. Arrange on a board in a circle with ramekins of marinara and pesto in the middle. Decorate to look wreath like with the rosemary sprigs, cheeses and other desired charcuterie ingredients you may have.
