Olive Dip

Tangy cream cheese and briny olives marry in this creamy full-flavored dip, perfect for buttery crackers, baguette slices, or any charcuterie board.

8 oz cream cheese, softened

9 oz green olives stuffed with pimento, garlic, or blue cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella, jack, or cheddar cheese

3 green onions, chopped

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

1 Tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic granules

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

Whip cream cheese, green olives, cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, and seasonings in a food processor (or stand mixer with the paddle attachment) until the dip comes together and the olives are chopped into small pieces.
