Peach Burrata Crostini

Peach slices and burrata cheese over toasted sourdough bread. Add friends and a peach margarita to complete a memorable evening.

3 Peaches or Nectarines, sliced

1 burrata cheese round

Sourdough bread, sliced

Olive oil, a drizzle

Salt and pepper, to taste

Blueberries, to garnish

Peach white balsamic vinegar, a drizzle 

Slice the peaches and place on the edges of a platter and put the burrata cheese in the middle. Place bread slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper; toast the bread slices in the oven at 350* for about 12-15 minutes. Tuck toast in the middle of the peaches and drizzle the flavored balsamic vinegar over the peaches, sprinkle with blueberries and drizzle the flavored balsamic vinegar over the fruit and cheese.
