Lovely stretchy cheese bread with a creamy bite of mashed potato sandwiched in. This is comfort food wrapped in bread love. Make this every time you have some mashed potatoes leftover. Inspired by foodieloverrs on Instagram.

1 cup flour

4 Tbsp milk

1 Tbsp butter, melted

¼ tsp salt

Parmesan cheese shreds, sprinkle a layer on top

Mashed potatoes, spread a layer on top

Cheddar cheese shreds, sprinkle a layer on top

1 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp olive oil

Mix flour, milk, butter and salt together and knead into a smooth ball. Wrap in plastic and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Roll out onto a lightly floured rolling surface. Sprinkle with parmesan, a layer of mashed potato and a layer of cheddar cheese on top. Fold dough over the filling and roll a bit more to smooth. Preheat a skillet with butter and olive oil over medium heat. Cook the bread for about 4 minutes aside. The outside will have golden brown spots on it and the inside will be melty when cut. Serve warm.
