Pumpkin Spice O’s

Pumpkin spice and everything nice...don’t tell anyone but these ingredients are dairy-free. Enjoy this healthy snack with or without the kiddos. Thanks to Big Bears Wife for the inspiration. https://www.bigbearswife.com/toasted-pumpkin-spice-cheerios/

6 cups Cheerios or other O’s

½ cup coconut oil

½ cup brown sugar

2 tsp pumpkin spice

2 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla

Melt coconut oil, brown sugar, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon together in a microwave-safe mixing bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Mix with cheerios, and vanilla in a slow cooker and stir occasionally (about every 30 min.). Cook on low without a lid for 2 hours.
