Pumpkin Spice O’s

Pumpkin spice and everything nice...don’t tell anyone but these ingredients are dairy free. Enjoy this healthy snack with or without the kiddos. Thanks to Big Bears Wife for the inspiration. https://www.bigbearswife.com/toasted-pumpkin-spice-cheerios/

4 cups cheerios or other O’s

½ cup coconut oil

½ tsp vanilla

½ cup brown sugar

2 tsp pumpkin spice

2 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together in the slow cooker and stir occasionally (about every 30 min.). Cook on low without a lid for 2 hours.
