Truffled Brie Cheese

Dreamy triple cream brie is sliced in the middle, slathered with truffle pate and voila...magic. Inspired by whole foods.


1 wedge triple cream brie, such as brilliat (or your favorite brie)

1 Tbsp black truffle pate, from whole foods

Slice brie while still cold for ease of slicing, slather with the pate and put the halves back together. Place on a serving platter and dot with a truffle puddle on top. Serve with crackers, sourdough baguette, crostini, etc. Use the pate within 3-4 weeks of opening.
