Spinach artichoke dip is everyone’s favorite! This recipe has all the cheeses as well as a nice hint of spice. Serve it up with a baguette and some crackers for an easy crowd pleaser.

33 oz marinated artichoke hearts

20 oz spinach

5 cloves garlic, minced

¾ cup mayonnaise

¾ cup sour cream

4 oz green chiles, minced

8 oz cream cheese

8 oz cheddar, shredded

8 oz pepper jack, shredded

8 oz parmesan cheese, grated

Layer the artichoke hearts (I also add the marinade), spinach, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, chiles, and all cheeses in a slow cooker and stir. Let the dip cook for a couple of hours on low heat stirring occasionally to emulsify, it will thin and separate at first because of the marinade but with cooking it will come together. Serve with a sliced baguette and some crackers.
