Bourbon Baked Peaches

Peaches baked with brown sugar, bourbon, and butter makes it’s own decadent butterscotch sauce. Serve with ice cream for a delicous summer treat. Inspired by Tieghan Gerard’s Nonnie at Half Baked Harvest https://www.halfbakedharvest.com/5-ingredient-peach-dump/ 


8 peaches, halved and pitted

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup butter, sliced into tablespoons

2 Tbsp bourbon

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375*. Place pitted peach halves in a pie plate and cover with the brown sugar, butter slices, bourbon, vanilla, and cinnamon. Bake for 1 hour. Serve with ice cream and spoon some of the decadent bourbon butterscotch over all.
