Browned Butter Zoodles with Feta

1 lb zucchini, spiralized
½ cup butter
½ tsp salt
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown your butter and salt together. This only takes a few minutes and will turn a fragrant golden nutty brown within about 5 minutes. Immediately add the zoodles (to keep the butter from burning). Stir for 3-5 minutes and remove from the heat. Top with feta crumbles and serve.
