Buffalo Cauliflower

Spicy buffalo cauliflower with Frank’s hot sauce and coconut oil. A simple marinade and bake side to spice up your dinner or game night gathering. 


1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

2 oz coconut oil, melted

4 oz Frank’s hot sauce

 1 tsp onion salt

1 tsp garlic powder

2 Tbsp dried onion

1 celery bunch, washed and sliced into sticks


Marinade and toss florets in a gallon ziploc bag with coconut oil, hot sauce, onion salt, garlic powder and dried onion. Shake the bag to coat and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes or until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 450*. Line a baking sheet with foil, remove cauliflower from marinade and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing (link below) or a big blue cheese salad and extra dip.
