Burgers
Cheeseburgers with perfectly seasoned patties and all the trimmings, lettuce, summer tomatoes, pickled onions, A1 and avocado. Hamburgers and cookouts are synonymous with celebrations and the beginning of summer. Let summer begin…
1 ½ lbs hamburger
1 egg
¼ tsp. salt
Pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
2 Tbsp. A1 steak sauce
Lettuce
Tomato
Onions/pickled onions
Dill pickle chips
Avocado
Cheddar cheese slices
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Ketchup
A1 steak sauce
Dill relish
Mix together the egg and seasonings; let set a couple minutes to soften the dried onion. Mix into the burger and form into pattys. I like to press them into a mason jar lid so they are about the same size and the center easily lifts out for transferring to a baking tray. From here you can either grill or fry to your desired taste\doneness. Lay a slice of cheese on top of cooked burgers to get all melty. Toast the buns and prepare a tray with desired condiments and veggies.
