Lemon Dill Chicken

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced fine
6 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ lemon, juiced
¼ cup dill, chopped
Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil, stir in the onion, and cook for about five minutes until translucent. Add the chicken thighs that have been salted and peppered and cook, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken to a plate and keep warm. Stir in flour and chicken broth until slightly thickened, add garlic and lemon juice. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 1 minute. Add dill just before serving.
