Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1.5 lb baby potatoes, halved
Sour Cream Dip:
¾ cup sour cream or plain yogurt
2 Tbsp green onion, sliced
1 tsp onion salt, I like Trader Joes
Preheat oven to 450*. Pour olive oil into a 9.13 baking dish and rotate to cover the dish evenly. In a mixing bowl, stir parmesan cheese, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper together, and spread evenly in the dish on top of the oil. Lay potato halves cut side down on top of the cheese. Bake until tender, about 25-30 minutes. Mix sour cream, green onions, and onion salt in a small serving bowl.
