Porcini Truffle Ravioli with Truffle Parmesan Cream Sauce

Porcini truffle raviolis bathed in a truffle parmesan cream sauce with sun dried tomatoes. This will be your new go to for when guests come over. Everyone loves this! I found the ravioli at Trader Joes and the truffle parmesan cheese and black garlic seasoning is by EpicureanSpecialty at Costco or online.
2 pkgs porcini mushroom truffle ravioli
2 cups water
2 cups cream
1 Tbsp truffle parmesan black garlic seasoning
2 Tbsp sun dried tomatoes, chopped
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced (or burrata cheese, sliced)
1/2 tsp truffle pate, optional
Cook ravioli in the water in a large skillet for 3 minutes with a lid. Remove the lid and add cream truffle parmesan seasoning and sun dried tomatoes. Stir 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens, top with the sliced mozzarella, replace the lid and turn off the heat. Steam or let melt for one minute.
