8 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
Onion salt, to taste

2 green onions, chopped for garnish
Parsley, chopped for garnish
Mix ground beef in a large mixing bowl with salt, pepper, onion salt, parsley, flakes, dried onion flakes, onion powder, oregano, diced onion, minced garlic, egg, A1 steak sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into patties using your hands, a hamburger press, or a large canning ring with a lid.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and place generously sized patties in it. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side over medium heat, then remove to a platter and keep warm; add two more tablespoons of olive oil along with the onions and cook over medium-low heat until the onions are softened about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, garlic, and flour, stirring the flour into the veggies. Add salt, pepper, onion salt, and beef broth; cook until somewhat thickened, about five minutes add patties back into the gravy and cook two minutes longer. Garnish with green onions and parsley over a mound of mashed potatoes.
