Salmon Cakes

Salmon cakes made with cream cheese, and green onions topped with remoulade sauce. Always inspired by my friend Cheryl who likes to make an appetizer with left-over salmon…this mix would be great in a wonton wrap and fried. Thanks, Cheryl for your delicious ideas.
1 cup cooked salmon, deboned
4 oz cream cheese, softened
Garlic salt and pepper, to taste
2 green onions, sliced
½ lemon, juiced
1 cup panko crumbs
2 Tbsp olive oil
Mix salmon, cream cheese, seasoning, green onions, and lemon juice together. Form into 5 or 6 rounds. Pour panko crumbs onto a plate and press cakes into crumbs on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet and place cakes in pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides, 3-4 minutes a side. Serve with remoulade sauce.
