Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken over Pasta

Crockpot chicken with a cheesy cream cheese sauce; so quick and easy to make and delicious. Sometimes you need a meal that you can make ahead of time and that will be ready when you are. Here you go!

Spray olive oil 

1.5 lbs chicken thighs

3 cloves garlic, minced 

8 oz cream cheese 

4 Tablespoons butter 

1 cup heavy cream 

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 

1 teaspoon granulated garlic 

1 teaspoon onion powder 

Salt and pepper, to taste 

1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded + more for serving

3 green onions, chopped 

16 oz pasta shells, angel hair or other favorite noodle 

Spray a slow cooker with olive oil and place chicken thighs, garlic, cream cheese, butter, cream, cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in it. Cover with a lid and cook for 3 to 4 hours on low. When your just about ready to serve, cook your favorite pasta according to the box directions. Serve chicken and sauce over the hot pasta, garnishing with green onions and a little extra shredded cheese.
