Tortellini in a Turkey Cream Meat Sauce

Cheese tortellini in a ground turkey meaty cream sauce comes together quickly, and in one pot.

1 onion, diced

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 lb ground turkey

3 cloves garlic, minced 

Salt and pepper, to taste

Onion blend seasoning, to taste 

1.5 lb cheese tortellini

2 cups chicken broth

2 cups heavy cream

1 Tbsp red wine vinegar

2 green onions, chopped

In a large skillet over medium heat, stir onion and olive oil around until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Add in the turkey, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion seasoning, cooking about 5 minutes. Stir in the tortellini, chicken broth, heavy cream, and vinegar. Cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes. Serve garnished with green onions.
