1 lb new york (or filet mignon) steak, cut into bite size pieces

2 Tbsp truffle parmesan black garlic powder

½ cup butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbsp parsley, chopped

2 Tbsp green onion, sliced

Place steak bites and truffle powder in a ziplock bag and shake to coat, place in the fridge until ready to cook. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat and toss steak bites in, turning to brown each side. When bites are beautifully browned and almost done to your liking add in the garlic and stir for one minute more. Take off the heat and garnish with the parsley and green onions.
