Queso Blanco Cheese Dip

Creamy and mildly spicy queso cheese dip; serve warm with tortilla chips. Inspired by Trish Haas of The Salty Side Dish https://www.saltysidedish.com/queso-dip/ 

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups chihuahua cheese, shredded

2 cups pepper jack cheese, shredded

1 ½ cups pico de gallo

½ cup sour cream

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic granules

12 oz evaporated milk or half & half

Warm cream cheese, chihuahua cheese, pepper jack cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, chili powder, onion powder, garlic granules, and milk or half n half together in a saucepan over low heat or in a slow cooker. Stir intermittently until smooth. I like to spoon some in a mini crock pot to keep warm next to a big bowl of tortilla chips.
