Strawberry Balsamic Baked Brie

Oozy brie and roasted strawberries with a touch of berry balsamic vinegar spread over sourdough toast.

1 brie cheese round, sliced in half

1-pint strawberries, quartered and hulled 

Berry-flavored balsamic vinegar, a drizzle 

Strawberry jam, optional 

1 sourdough baguette, sliced

Preheat oven to 400*. Spread jam on one half and place in a cast iron skillet or baking dish. Place the remaining brie half on top. Using a knife, mark a crosshatch pattern on the top to allow the cheese to ooze through. Arrange strawberries on top, then bake for 20 minutes. Drizzle balsamic over the top and serve warm with the baguette slices.
